Non-clinical management services for professional medical entities.
TRIMUS provides administrative, technology, and accounting services to independently owned professional medical entities under written management services agreements.
Non-clinical management for professional medical entities.
Under written management services agreements with terms of not less than one year, TRIMUS provides defined non-clinical services to professional medical entities. Clinical authority, patient relationships, and all decisions regarding the furnishing of medical care remain solely with the engaged entity and its licensed providers.
Administrative Support
Patient appointment scheduling support, document management, and general non-clinical business administration for the engaged entity.
Accounting
Collection of patient financial responsibility (cost sharing), accounts receivable administration, and financial reporting under defined service terms.
Technology Platform
HIPAA-compliant platforms for the administration of synchronous telehealth, intake, secure messaging, and electronic health records, provided as licensed software services.
Vendor & Facilities
Group purchasing for non-clinical supplies, third-party vendor coordination, and real estate or facilities administration where contracted.
Operational Coordination
Coordination with regulatory counsel, compliance vendors, and licensing professionals retained directly by the engaged entity.
TRIMUS does not employ or contract with licensed clinicians, exercise control over clinical decision-making, hold itself out as a medical practice, or engage in fee-splitting.
TRIMUS does not bill or submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other federal health care program. All claims for clinical services are submitted by the engaged professional medical entity under its own provider credentials.
Compensation under each management services agreement is set in advance, is consistent with fair market value in arm's-length transactions as established by an independent third-party valuator, and does not vary with the volume or value of clinical services performed, prescriptions issued, or referrals or other business generated between the parties.
Referrals between engaged entities, if any, are at the sole clinical discretion of the treating provider. TRIMUS does not direct, incentivize, condition compensation on, or otherwise influence referral decisions.
A defined, non-clinical role.
TRIMUS LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides non-clinical management services to professional medical entities.
